WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?

Housaro is an online-based company that offers an exclusive line of high-quality products at affordable prices. We go above and beyond to make each and every one of our customers' shopping experience a delight. Our warehouses currently ship from six different locations worldwide: U.S, China and Singapore.

ORDER & TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 12 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping and this normally takes 2 - 5 business days. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. Due to pandemic, delivery process may take up to 6 weeks.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

WHAT IS DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM?

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us immediately at info@housaro.com Please fill in the contact form for fastest service or email us and provide the order number as long as required information. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

WHICH CURRENCY I PAY?

All prices on our website are in USD.

All items in store may take 2 to 5 business days to process. Please add processing time to your shipping estimate below.

Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

SHIPPING POLICY

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at info@housaro.com as soon as possible. However there is a 72 hour wait list for email, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is out of our control.

Housaro is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

Housaro will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your cancellation policy?

If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

What is the replacement policy?

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Replacement: Damage or Defected item - Order Number No. [X]” with the following information:

  • Photo of the shipping label;
  • Photo and/or video of the damaged or defected item.

The replacement policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any replacement or refund once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.

You DO NOT need to send your purchase back to us.
